About the Position

We're seeking a creative thinker with a passion for creating compelling email campaigns. If you have a keen eye for detail and interest in analyzing data to drive results, we want you to join our marketing team as an Email Marketing Specialist.

In this role, you'll assist with the development and execution of email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Setup, QA, and scheduling of all email campaigns
  • Update weekly reports in Microsoft Excel to track performance and key KPIs
  • Use internal reporting and recommendations from the merchant team to make style selections
  • Assist with updating our sign-up units and triggered emails to improve performance as needed
  • Stay current and regularly assess new ideas to improve our marketing and promotion strategy
  • Assist with A/B testing to optimize our email and SMS marketing
  • Assist in ensuring brand consistency and authenticity in all marketing communications
  • Help optimize our broader email and SMS strategy to drive aggressive sales goals, subscriber acquisition, and traffic
  • Communicate with relevant vendors to ensure they are working towards the same vision/goals
Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in email marketing
  • 1+ years experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Proven history of driving results and exceeding expectations
  • Looking for the perfect blend of technical and creative skill set
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and share KPIs with the team
  • Prior experience with Google Analytics, web design, or Attentive Mobile a plus
