About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Representative to join our team at Banner Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, and build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services, and develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and business objectives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, report preparation, and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel: Local travel required, up to 90% of the time.
Physical Demands
  • Constantly: Travels to customer locations, moves throughout customer facilities, and operates computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Frequently: Moves throughout the office, remains in a stationary position for up to 50% of the time, and reviews documents, organizes data, and detects accuracy of information.
