Lead Business Growth with HART GROUP

HART GROUP is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships, and leading a small team to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Lead a small team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of business development and sales leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales processes.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
