Regional Clinical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Clinical Specialist to join our team at Haemonetics. This role will play a key part in the training of physicians, nurses, and technicians on the proper use and advantages of our medical products in Cardiac Cath Labs, Interventional Radiology, and Vascular Surgery suites.
The successful candidate will assist in product launches in their region and provide support to busier teams when needed. Additionally, they will contribute to clinical trials, both locally and nationally, and aid in the training of new hires and the continued development of the region's team.
Key Responsibilities- Support the training of physicians, nurses, and technicians on the proper use and advantages of Haemonetics medical products.

- Provide clinical expertise for Structural Heart implanting centers to provide technical support in accordance with the instructions for use and best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive clinical and technical product knowledge.
- Recognize and understand competitive products, industry trends, and Haemonetics portfolio.
- BA/BS or equivalent required.
- Health science and appropriate registrations or certifications (RN, RCIS, RCSA, RVMS, etc.) - Required.
- Minimum of 5+ years; Directly related experience in the medical device industry.
- Strong clinical orientation, experience with products for use in interventional and structural cardiology.
- Extensive experience in the cardiac cath lab environment or as a scrub nurse/tech for Structural Heart procedures.
- Minimum of 3+ years: Medical device experience with 3+ years in structural heart in commercial role.
- Previous industry experience with structural heart clinical specialist role.
- Ability to persuasively communicate and tailor the Interventional Technology Value Proposition.
- Analytical with financial acumen (understanding of how our products performance and data impacts a health system's bottom line).
The successful candidate will be required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. They will also be required to lift/move up to 10 pounds and stand for long hours wearing heavy Cath Lab protective clothing.
Exposure to blood is also a requirement of this role.
Travel ExpectationsThe successful candidate will be required to travel 70% of the time.
