Job Overview

We are a leading business consulting firm that offers innovative sales tactics to attract reputable clients. Our forward-thinking marketing strategies are what drive our success, and now we're expanding our marketing and sales team with entry-level candidates as Entry Level Account Managers.

Our primary goal is to help our clients build strong relationships with their prospects, acquire new accounts, increase annual sales revenue, and expand market reach. As an Entry Level Account Manager, you'll work closely with our successful Senior Account Managers and dominating Sales Team.

Responsibilities
  • Meet directly with leading business prospects to deliver presentations and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Educate potential buyers on our clients' current products, ongoing promotions, and updated services.
  • Assist our clients in acquiring new accounts and overseeing expanding markets.
  • Train directly with our Senior Account Managers to gain full knowledge of our clients' marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and sales team goals.
  • Review sale contracts with clients, identify concerns, and negotiate accounts through upselling products and services as needed that benefit both parties.
  • Attend all conference calls and participate in on-site training workshops to stay current on our clients' sales progress.
  • Collaborate with fellow Entry Level Account Managers, Sales Associates, and Marketing Representatives to ensure our clients' needs are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Progress towards or bachelor's degree in management, marketing, business, or related field preferred.
  • 0-3 years of experience working as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or other related leadership role preferred.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to develop leadership qualities.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Comfortable working independently and adaptable when collaborating in a team setting.
  • Self-determined and takes initiative in creating solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable transportation to onsite location.
