Job Title: Training Manager

At Amy's Kitchen, we're seeking a highly skilled Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that promote a culture of excellence in food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for manufacturing staff, focusing on food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify training needs and develop tailored learning plans.
  • Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct regular training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Partner with the Safety and Quality team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as food science, education, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a food manufacturing environment, with a focus on training and development.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective training programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address training needs.
