Role Overview:
The Apple Services Engineering division is dedicated to creating innovative products and services for our clientele, while also supporting other Apple teams in their endeavors.
This team is responsible for renowned offerings such as Apple Music, Podcasts, TV+, tvOS, App Store, iCloud, Business & Education, along with various technologies including Commerce, Search & Recommendations, and more.
Additionally, this team oversees the management of cloud infrastructure, facilitating support for teams and services throughout Apple on a grand scale, consistently meeting Apple's rigorous standards for performance in delivering global services.
We are in search of an exceptional Administrative Services Manager who is collaborative, detail-oriented, and possesses strategic thinking skills, along with a fervor for problem-solving and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
In this capacity, you will lead a team comprising Admin Leads, Admin Assistants, and Site Admins across our global offices.
Your responsibilities will encompass team leadership, resource allocation, executive calendar management, event planning, and the implementation of process enhancements.
This role is dynamic and fast-paced, necessitating the ability to anticipate requirements, think critically, and propose solutions to challenges with a high degree of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Overseeing a team of Administrators across various locations, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and supporting employee growth and development.
- Providing Executive Support, including calendar oversight, travel arrangements, budget management, and event organization.
- Promoting the adoption and assessing the impact of standardized Admin processes across the organization.
- Managing office logistics, including floor plans, supplies, and maintenance requests.
- Facilitating effective communication throughout the organization.
- Building collaborative relationships with other Admin leaders to establish consistent standards and best practices.
- Fostering strong connections with partner teams in Business Operations, Space Planning, Finance, and Facilities.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting executive or director-level teams, ideally within a technical organization.
- 5 years of direct experience in people management.
- A self-starter capable of exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
- Curious, adaptable, and committed to problem-solving.
- Proficient in building collaborative partnerships across various job functions and levels, demonstrating strong teamwork.
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Strong professionalism; capable of working independently on assignments and managing sensitive information with discretion.
- Familiarity with iCal, Keynote, Mail, eApproval, Quip, Box, Confluence, and other OSX-based office systems is advantageous.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required. An AA/AS degree is mandatory, while a BA/BS degree is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:At Apple, base pay is one component of our comprehensive compensation package, determined within a specified range. This structure allows for growth and advancement within the role.
The base pay range for this position is between $125,400 and $188,000, with actual pay depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in discretionary employee stock programs, including eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and discounted stock purchases through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
