Job Details

About the Role:

This is a temporary to hire position for a Receptionist/Sales Administrator at SNI Companies. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet and greet clients, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Distribute orders and quotes to team members in a timely and efficient manner
  • Process web quotes and orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping and logistics
  • Create and manage invoices, ensuring timely payment
  • Maintain accurate contact management records, including adding new contacts and customer agreements
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Proficient in MS Office skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Salesforce experience is a plus
