Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Manage employee data, including new hire setup, compensation, and benefits administration.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including FMLA, ADA, and FLSA.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certifications preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead with empathy and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
