Position Overview:

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record in requirements gathering, documentation, and testing protocol development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various business analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with 820 and 834 X12 EDI files and formats.
• Experience in the public sector healthcare domain is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management.
• Valid certifications such as IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) are desirable.
