Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders, and processing deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service
  • Input and create orders in our ERP system
  • Route delivery tickets to the appropriate warehouse
  • Invoice and finalize delivered orders
  • Take other customer calls as needed

Qualifications and Requirements

  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience
  • PDI Experience a plus
  • High school diploma required
  • Must have a strong work ethic
  • Must be well organized and a self-starter
  • Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
  • Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
  • Proficient 10-key by touch
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven skills in problem solving, note-taking, research and resolution, multi-tasking, and strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
