Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. As an Order Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for interacting with customers, taking orders, and processing deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to take orders and provide excellent customer service
- Input and create orders in our ERP system
- Route delivery tickets to the appropriate warehouse
- Invoice and finalize delivered orders
- Take other customer calls as needed
Qualifications and Requirements
- 2+ years of Customer Service or Order Entry experience
- PDI Experience a plus
- High school diploma required
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be well organized and a self-starter
- Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
- Proficient 10-key by touch
- Possess strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven skills in problem solving, note-taking, research and resolution, multi-tasking, and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with employees and vendors in a professional manner
