We are seeking a highly skilled Data Entry Salesperson to join our team at Recruit Monitor. This is a remote opportunity based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new, modify existing, and execute ad-hoc reporting to support business processes and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and maintain robust data quality standards and management to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Manage and develop new data pipelines from source systems to the Data Warehouse.
  • Collaborate with Control and Business Analysts to understand business requirements, maintain detailed documentation, and obtain business sign-offs for all reporting needs.
  • Develop, maintain, and cultivate scalable data pipelines and data architecture.
  • Use data storytelling techniques to create clear and impactful data visualizations using Power BI.
  • Aid in automating existing business processes and enriching exception-based coverage.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to research, study, and secure new data variables (data exploration).
  • Evaluate large datasets to identify meaningful patterns that provide actionable outcomes.
  • Thoroughly evaluate data from multiple sources and resolve discrepancies.
  • Verify data for authenticity by validating against requirements.
  • Research data errors and remediate poor data.
  • Participate in the Data Governance program by updating the data dictionary and plan & operations.
  • Assess and verify metrics are effective and provide feedback to team leaders on patterns that require attention.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience executing detailed data analysis.
  • Solid experience working with PowerBI.
  • Familiarity with multiple reporting objects like Dimensions, Measures, Filters, Calculated Fields, transformations, parameters, relative formatting, DAX queries, Interactions, etc. in Power BI.
  • Understanding of DAX, SQL, M Code.
  • Competent in SQL, able to write complex SQL to generate data and analytics.
  • Competent in ETL tools including SSIS, PowerBI Dataflows, or other Big Data integrations.
  • Strong data modeling experience using star schema or other methods.
  • Problem-solving through statistical analysis with large data sets highly preferable.
  • Familiarity with SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio), Power BI, and Power Query.
  • Experience with Smartsheets.
  • Solid track record in the development and timely completion of projects and deadlines.
