Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for collecting specimens from patients and clients, administering oral solutions, and performing various laboratory tasks. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collect specimens from patients and clients according to established procedures
* Administer oral solutions to patients as required
* Perform laboratory tasks, including processing specimens and maintaining inventory
* Maintain accurate records and reports, including phlebotomy logs and temperature logs
* Collaborate with other laboratory staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

* 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
* Keyboard/data entry experience
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Medical training or certification preferred
