At PGA TOUR Superstore, we're seeking a highly skilled EDI Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in delivering savings to our trading partners and internal teams through efficient transactional processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Educate vendors and internal teams on EDI compliance and best practices.
- Onboard new vendors to our EDI program and provide ongoing support for vendor and store compliance.
- Communicate with vendors and intra-company departments to troubleshoot and resolve EDI error rejections and ASN shipping compliance issues.
- Update and maintain a Vendor Compliance Routing/Trading Partner Guide for new document additions and error resolution requirements.
- Support business initiatives in freight reconciliation and payment, invoice automation, and payment advice automation.
- Experience working with ERP systems, particularly in data integration and data flow.
- Strong understanding of EDI integrations and associated EDI business documents.
- Business analysis skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Project management skills, including automating business processes using EDI transaction sets.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
As an EDI Specialist, you will work primarily at a desk, with variable desk heights available. You will be required to travel up to 20% of the time.
