About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Business Analyst to join our team at DivIHN Integration Inc. As a Supply Chain Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes, identifying areas for cost savings, and developing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and Document Business Objectives: Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements for a subgroup of medium-size projects.
  • Analysis and Documentation: Analyze location/code GTIN impact to define, design, and document business flows, processes, and execution.
  • Business Rules and Data Management: Define and articulate business rules required for reliable and accurate data. Act as the primary contact for the data management process between inventory supply chain and the business.
  • Collaboration and Execution: Collaborate with Network Planner and Supply (Network) Manager to execute mid-cycle IPS and DRP parameters adjustments, low cover and back-order risks mitigation, product phase outs, and strategic and situational stock build planning and order placement for optimal consumption.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience in supply chain management, warehousing, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, or inventory planning.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal/written/listening) and solid business knowledge.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Must be detailed-oriented and able to work in a team setting. Ability to work with a high degree of independence to produce results with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, JDE, Rapid Response (preferred), and demonstrated ability to perform advanced analytics.
