Procurement Transformation at Baxter International

Baxter International is seeking a highly skilled Procurement Transformation Leader to join our team. As a key member of our Procurement organization, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of our procurement processes and strategies to drive cost savings, improve quality, and enhance service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to drive cost savings and improve quality
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements
  • Monitor and report on procurement metrics and key performance indicators

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
