Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Science Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, optimization, and machine learning. You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations to multiple levels of leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics initiatives, including customer segmentation, optimization, and machine learning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand business needs and deliver effective presentations of findings and recommendations.
  • Establish and maintain effective performance tracking, identify improvement opportunities, and propose, design, and implement tests to drive strategy enhancement and optimization.
  • Manage multiple priorities, communicate business performance and project progress to management and business partners.
  • Develop and automate reports, iteratively build and prototype dashboards to provide insights at scale, solving for analytical needs.
  • Consistently follow standard work processes and documentation requirements, recommending improvements to increase efficiency while maintaining quality of work.
  • Continuously improve technical and leadership skills through training and development.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • 4+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Analytics, Engineering, or Statistics.
  • 2+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling/Data Science or related.
