Director of Development Finance

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Development Finance to join our team at Endeavor. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in overseeing budget costs, risk, and financial analysis for our project development pipeline.

This is a comprehensive role that will report directly to the CIO and require a strong background in finance, real estate development practices, and project management. Our ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of progressive CRE investments experience in an institutional environment, ideally for a large operator, investment manager, or IB/PE firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee budget costs, risk, and financial analysis for the entire project development pipeline
  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project development and growth
  • Manage relationships with external sponsors and stakeholders
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to support business objectives

Requirements:

  • BS/BA in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related major from a top-tier university
  • 10-15 years of progressive CRE investments experience in an institutional environment
  • Experience with construction and development, real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and investments
  • International experience is a plus
