Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for providing business and operational analysis, strategic insight, and tactical financial support to drive growth, profitability, and cash flow generation. As a key member of the Senior Leadership team, the CFO will report to the CEO and assume a strategic role in the overall leadership and management of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes across all finance and accounting functions to improve efficiency and support business growth.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of financial audits to ensure they are issue-free and coordinate with external auditors to facilitate efficient and timely audit processes.
  • Guarantee that monthly financial reports are accurate and completed within 15 calendar days post-month-end and present monthly financial statements to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Develop and implement a rigorous program for tracking progress on key investment projects and cost savings initiatives and monitor constant awareness of the company's financial position acting to prevent problems.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Business Degree and CPA certification.
  • Strategic, innovative, disciplined financial/business leader with strong leadership experience and analytical skills.
  • Well-rounded global financial professional with experience in corporate finance, M&A, and IT function management.
  • Strong operating finance and planning skills, deep exposure, and experience in corporate finance.
