Job Title: Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer will play a critical role in driving business growth, profitability, and cash flow generation. As a trusted advisor to the CEO and senior management team, the CFO will provide strategic insight and tactical financial support to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of financial audits to ensure issue-free results.
  • Develop and implement systems and processes to improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Drive the financial planning of company projects, analyzing their performance and risks.
  • Monitor cash receipts and create reports to provide early warnings of departures from the norm.
  • Calculate the Borrowing Capacity and the company's level of debt in relation to the maximum.
  • Develop and prioritize capitalization strategies, including leading capital raising activities.
  • Oversee the finance staff, setting targets and supervising performance.
  • Ensure timely financial closing, review and approve closing activities, and guarantee accurate monthly financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Advanced Business Degree
  • CPA and/or MBA highly preferred
  • Strategic, innovative, disciplined financial/business leader
  • Well-rounded global financial professional with strong leadership experience
  • Analytical skills, communication skills, and operational experience
  • Influential person who can work effectively with senior management, investors, and suppliers
