As a vital member of the Production Team, you will engage in various bakery manufacturing tasks.
In this position, you are expected to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing atmosphere, effectively communicate, and collaborate within a team while being adaptable to different responsibilities within the production support category.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting on a production line in multiple capacities such as Helper, Feeder, Packer, and more.
- Executing diverse manual labor tasks that involve grasping, lifting, moving, placing, and stacking items related to production processes.
- Monitoring and feeding materials on a continuous production line.
- Conducting visual inspections of products to ensure quality and quantity standards.
- Supporting quality assurance initiatives to guarantee adherence to food safety and quality protocols.
- Promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions to supervisors or managers.
- Understanding and adhering to all safety regulations relevant to daily operations.
- Maintaining a safe work environment by following established safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assisting with the cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas before and after production.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, and coworkers.
- Complying with food safety and sanitation standards.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications We Seek:
Essential Requirements:
- Willingness to work night shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.
- Prior safety training is advantageous.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with bakery machinery is preferred.
- Strong communication skills are essential.
Work Environment:
This position operates within a manufacturing setting where noise levels can be elevated.
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly required to communicate effectively, stand, walk, and use hands for various tasks.
- Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed.
Specific vision capabilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
