At Dominion Financial Services, we are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in creating, managing, and enhancing our mortgage sales efforts and initiatives with our wholesale mortgage broker clients.
Key Responsibilities- Grow wholesale mortgage sales in designated markets with non-QM products
- Maintain $1,500,000 in monthly production
- Attract new and transition existing wholesale relationships to Dominion
- Structure deals and problem-solve with broker clients
- Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in mortgage non-QM mortgage wholesale sales, with at least 5 years in mortgage industry
- Proven track record of successfully leading mortgage sales efforts and building wholesale partner relationships
- Thorough understanding of mortgage lending regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices
- Experience with Encompass and Salesforce
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
