About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Advisor to join our team at Fashion Island. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients through personalized service, expert styling, and exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach to sales and service.
  • Demonstrate expertise in fashion and styling, and utilize technology to improve sales and customer engagement.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and be able to showcase them effectively to clients.
  • Utilize digital tools and technology to sell and engage with clients, both in-store and remotely.
  • Achieve personal sales and client conversion goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Motivated and results-driven individual with a strong ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Experience with technology and digital sales tools, as well as commission sales experience.
  • Strong styling and fashion knowledge, with experience in fashion retail.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • A flexible work schedule and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
