The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of our environmental services team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our cleaning services, including the use of safety equipment and chemicals.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for our team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and work with our team to deliver tailored cleaning solutions.
  • Manage and maintain our facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working order and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in environmental services or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
