Program Director

ASRC Federal Professional Services is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead our BASOPS team at Laughlin AFB.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the single point of contact for the USAF 47th Mission Support Group customer and community.
- Ensure that work performed under the PWS meets all requirements and responsibilities.
- Direct and monitor the performance of AFPS staff and their departments.
- Resolve problems and/or conflicts and maintain open communication with staff, the customer, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation and deliverables are accurate, complete, and delivered on-time.
- Develop and present formal presentations for various contract and corporate business requirements.
- Track, analyze, and trend project costs and oversee the planning, budgeting, and financial process.
- Ensure compliance with training and certification requirements.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial position in a government or contracting environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar advanced accreditation preferred.
