KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership.
  • Guide customers in choosing the right vehicle by asking insightful questions and attentively listening to their needs.
  • Communicate the features, performance, and advantages of our vehicles.
  • Detail all available optional equipment for customer consideration.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Deliver high-quality, professional presentations and demonstrations of both new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Master the sales process, including overcoming objections and closing sales, in alignment with company standards.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, and performance analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience in an automotive dealership is highly advantageous.
  • A comfort level with commission-based compensation.
  • A positive, energetic demeanor throughout the sales process.
  • An outgoing personality, particularly when addressing objections and negotiating terms.
  • Strong customer service capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A valid and clean driver's license.
  • A willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
