Position Overview: The Business Relationship Manager is primarily tasked with promoting consulting, implementation, change management, training, and managed services for ERP and enterprise systems across North America. This role collaborates closely with the License Team, Services Managers, and Delivery Teams to effectively communicate the advantages to Infor's clientele and potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Engagement: Identify and pursue prospective clients and new business opportunities by partnering with the license sales team and delivery leads to optimize Infor's revenue within the designated territory.
2. Sales Support: Assist sales representatives throughout the entire sales lifecycle, including the coordination of RFP responses, conducting oral presentations, negotiating service contracts, and preparing proposals and work orders.
3. Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the value proposition with a focus on selling business outcomes, employing a solutions sales approach that is technically sound, competitive, and reflective of market leadership to address critical business challenges.
4. Consulting Services: Drive opportunities for consulting services while leveraging the full scope of company and external resources.
5. Sales Targets: Responsible for achieving or surpassing the annual booking and revenue quotas for Infor Services within the assigned territory.
6. Opportunity Prioritization: Prioritize personal and team efforts on opportunities to maximize signings and revenue.
7. Forecasting: Maintain regular and accurate qualification, forecasting, and analysis of opportunities using company-specified methodologies, with a clear focus on closing deals.
8. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a Sales Strategy aimed at driving identified opportunities to closure, ensuring individual targets are met or exceeded.
9. Negotiation: Negotiate sales terms within established policies and procedures, subject to managerial review and approval.
Basic Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a service sales lead with a Systems Integrator or enterprise software organization.
- Demonstrated success in managing and closing deals that encompass cloud solutions or enterprise software implementations.
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and quota targets.
- Experience in estimating effort, scoping projects, and overseeing the contracting of services.
- Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring visa transfer or sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Fashion, Retail, and Financial Services industries.
