We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Engineering Manager to lead our maintenance department in a high-speed manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preventive, predictive, and corrective repair of production, warehouse, and building equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the maintenance department in the execution of maintenance plans and schedules
  • Initiate, coordinate, and manage capital projects to improve equipment efficiency and reduce downtime
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance procedures to ensure equipment reliability
  • Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure effective execution of maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with corporate engineering department on annual equipment rebuilds and preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Proven ability to coach and manage needs and concerns of multiple associates
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Effective technical and written communication skills
  • Strong mechanical ability with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical
