Job Title: Senior Analyst, Business Systems

Job Summary:

The Senior Analyst will be joining the Performance Management team within Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), which consolidates and reports critical financial and operational information, supports internal FP&A planning teams, and provides insights to the highest levels of Executive Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver reliable, scalable, secure IBM planning analytics (TM1) solutions to deliver actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
  • Build driver-based models and scenario planning applications to accelerate forecast cycle times and alleviate cumbersome manual processes.
  • Elicit and evaluate information gathered from various sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding.
  • Facilitate requirement sessions with stakeholders and create a comprehensive business requirement document, including validation and traceability of requests.
  • Manage and implement tasks to accomplish User Acceptance Testing and Business Validation to ensure high levels of data availability and quality.
  • Build and deliver forecast input loaders, reports in IBM Planning Analytics, and other business intelligence that is timely, accurate, and attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of industry experience in Analytics and Planning, Financial modeling, Data Engineer role, Data Visualization tools.
  • 2+ years of experience with languages like Python, SQL, DAX.
  • Experience working with relational or multifaceted databases.
  • Experience with EPM/BPM tools like Oracle EPM, IBM Planning Analytics (Cognos TM1) or Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy.
  • Superb communication skills and ability to clearly articulate to business and technical teams, or management in verbal, written, and/or visual form, with supporting details.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results.
