Job Description

As a Behavioral Intervention Coordinator at the Children's Crisis Treatment Center, you will play a critical role in providing therapeutic support to children in their home, school, and community settings. This position requires a strong understanding of behavioral health principles and the ability to work effectively with children, families, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children based on their unique needs and circumstances.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including therapists, teachers, and family members, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling. Alternative qualifications may be considered, including an Associate's Degree or 60 credits toward a Bachelor's Degree with one year of verified full-time paid work experience in behavioral health services.
  • RBT Certification required within six months of employment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Salary and Benefits

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits package.
