Job Overview

Potential Inc., a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals with Autism, seeks an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing evidence-based behavior interventions for students in our private school setting.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, based on industry standards and location.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate BCBA to lead our behavioral services team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing behavior interventions, supervising Registered Behavior Technicians, and collaborating with teachers and allied health professionals to support student learning and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive behavior intervention plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with teachers and allied health professionals to develop and implement skills acquisition programs
  • Conduct quarterly progress reports and home visits to provide parent training and support
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Requirements

  • Masters' degree or PhD in Psychology, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
  • Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credentials
  • PA Behavior Specialist License preferred
  • Demonstrated experience using assessment tools, such as VP-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and data collections systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
