Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between $36.00-$44.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Per Diem employee, you will be eligible for a competitive hourly rate and have the opportunity to work flexible hours.

Job Description

The Mobile Behavioral Intervention Specialist provides consultative services to the treatment team to design and direct the implementation of a behavioral modification intervention plan tailored to each child's or adolescent's needs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting client assessments within 15 days of initiation of services
  2. Observing children in various settings to inform the development of the intervention plan
  3. Collaborating with the interagency team to ensure school, home, and community plans complement each other
  4. Providing consultation to the treatment team when problems arise in implementing the plan

A successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling. Experience in ABA services is also desirable.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

  1. Have a minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in providing mental health direct services to children, youth, or young adults and a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling
  2. Completed a clinical or mental health direct service practicum and have a graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, counseling, or a related field
