Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Clinical Specialist I, CPT. In this role, you will be an integral part of our clinical support team, providing essential technical and clinical expertise to facilitate the sales process for our innovative Chronic Pain Therapies.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical, clinical, and programming support primarily to 1-2 Territory Managers.
- Assist Territory Managers with after-hours support and activities.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Provide proficient programming and case support to enhance customer engagement.
- Conduct educational in-services and provide training on our products.
- Engage with clients to address inquiries and provide information about our offerings.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned accounts and competitor activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for capital equipment opportunities.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to showcase new products and technologies.

Qualifications
- An Associate's Degree or technical certification is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably involving patient interaction.
- Strong clinical skills and the ability to communicate complex clinical data effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned region.
