Nursing Care Specialist

Gracy Woods I Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Nursing Care Specialist to provide exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality nursing care and leading a team of licensed and non-professional staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices, regulations, and directed by the Director of Nursing.
- Lead or direct licensed and non-professional staff in the delivery of direct resident care and support functions.
- Maintain acceptable standards of patient care and a professional approach with confidentiality.
- Cooperate and maintain good rapport with nursing staff, medical staff, other departments, and visitors.
Requirements:
- Obtain and document nursing history from the patient and/or significant others that is comprehensive of present conditions and prior problems.
- Record vital signs, notes, and changes.
