We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pharmaceutical Marketing Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product positioning.
  • Industry Monitoring: Continuously monitor industry developments and regulations to report on relevant news and updates.
  • Content Creation: Support the creation of promotional content, including brochures, flyers, and sales sheets, to effectively communicate product benefits and features.
  • Outbound Sales: Make high volumes of outbound calls to potential clients using provided lead lists, introducing and promoting our products/services while highlighting key benefits and features.
  • Client Education: Educate clients with verified research on industry news, trends, and FDA regulations to help generate leads.
  • Call Management: Follow a structured script while maintaining the flexibility to adjust the conversation based on client needs and responses, gathering relevant information to tailor the sales pitch effectively.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain detailed and accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients to foster trust and credibility.
  • Client Support: Address client questions, concerns, and objections confidently and effectively, scheduling follow-up calls or meetings for further discussions.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze call outcomes and feedback to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the sales team.
  • Team Guidance: Guide the sales team through the sales pipeline process and promptly address any questions that may come up.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Support Materials: Generate sales sheets, pricing lists, FAQs, scripts, and real-case examples to support the sales team in their calls.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Regularly update senior management on sales performance, market conditions, and team meetings, ensuring compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Product Sampling: Build product sample boxes to send to potential clients.

Requirements:

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
