We're seeking a seasoned VP, Group Account Director to join our team at Patients & Purpose. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic plans, and leading high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Lead and manage high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and develop solutions
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in medical marketing and/or agency leadership
- Proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
