Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving process improvements and optimizing manufacturing operations to meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address manufacturing challenges
  • Design and implement fixtures and tools to improve manufacturing processes
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing process documentation
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives and contribute to 5S best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or technical degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, with a background in metal stamping or forming
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting machinery and making process improvements
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills

What We Offer:

  • Base salary between $80,000 to $100,000 depending on level of experience
  • 14% quarterly bonus
