Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and analyze manufacturing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance business performance.
  • Lead and execute 5S and Lean initiatives to drive sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized work processes, visual management systems, and performance metrics to sustain improvements and drive accountability.
  • Develop and implement a continuous improvement strategy to drive operational excellence and improve business outcomes.
  • Manage project activities, including communication, project timeline, meeting facilitation, data gathering, and data processing, utilizing lean tools and solution implementation and follow-up.
Requirements
  • Minimum accredited Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, preferably Black Belt.
  • Minimum 5-7 years proven continuous improvement analytical experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience leading 5S and Lean initiatives in a manufacturing or operational environment, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, process management, or operations management, or similar field of study.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and top-notch presentation skills.
Work Environment

The work environment is a combination of office and plant environments. The noise level in the office work environment is consistent with normal office noise levels, while the noise level in the plant work environment is usually moderate to loud.
