Manufacturing Process Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Process Specialist to join our dynamic team at UPG Enterprises. This role is responsible for maintaining product setup and documentation, including part numbers, labor rates, and engineering change notices. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering and manufacturing operations, with a proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making.
The Manufacturing Process Specialist will conduct time studies, determine manufacturing process times and capacities, and utilize product drawings and specifications to develop processes. They will also support stamping manufacturing operations, determine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes, and meet safety, quality, and cost goals.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, five years of engineering experience, and five years of previous stamping experience. They will also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
