At UPG Enterprises, we are seeking a highly skilled Stamping Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for maintaining product setup and documentation, conducting time studies, and utilizing product drawings to develop processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain product setup and documentation, including part numbers, part descriptions, BOMs, and labor rates.
  • Conduct time studies to determine manufacturing process times and capacities.
  • Utilize product drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to develop processes.
  • Support stamping manufacturing operations and determine the sequence of steps in manufacturing processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Five years of engineering experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner.
