Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our rapidly expanding division. This is an exciting opportunity to lead successful projects and play a pivotal role in managing our construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the planning, implementation, and execution of construction projects.
  • Work closely with a team of engineers and architects to design and execute projects.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule, including administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
  • Coordinate with builders, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to construction sites.
  • Monitor and manage project costs to ensure project is delivered within budget.
  • Implement project safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and project progress meetings.
  • Manage project risks, including the development of contingency plans.
  • Deliver project reports and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Drive the integration of renewable energy solutions into construction projects.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent work experience in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management, specifically in the Construction industry.
  • Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction).
  • Knowledge and experience in Power Delivery and Renewable Energy.
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in project management software tools.
  • Ability to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with construction and project management regulations and standards.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.
