Advantage Surgical And Wound Care is seeking a highly skilled Wound, Burn and Ostomy Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and education to individuals with wounds, burns, and ostomies.
About the Role:- Provide comprehensive wound, burn, and ostomy care to patients, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient education sessions on wound, burn, and ostomy care, including proper wound management, dressing changes, and ostomy care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Texas.
- Experience in wound, burn, and ostomy care, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
