Wound Ostomy Nurse

Covenant Health is seeking a skilled Wound Ostomy Nurse to join our team at Covenant Medical Center. As a clinical resource and consultant, you will provide expert care to patients with selected disorders of the gastrointestinal, genitourinary, and integumentary systems.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient clinical services throughout the hospital, including the Emergency Department and Wound/Ostomy Care Clinic.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote wound healing and prevent complications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in education and research activities to advance wound care knowledge and practices.
- 2 years of acute care experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school.
- Certification from the Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nursing Certification Board (WOCNCB) upon hire.
