About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Specialist. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, meeting sales goals and targets
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, answering questions and providing product information
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and benefits, making recommendations to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, meeting sales targets and customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
