Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, consistently delivering results-driven performance
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards
  • Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring timely and efficient receipt of merchandise
  • Assist in making deliveries, as needed, to meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits, effectively communicating this information to customers
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 70 pounds occasionally
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role
  • Experience selling paint and paint-related products
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages
