We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Drive sales growth through effective product recommendations, promotions, and upselling/cross-selling opportunities
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products, features, and technologies
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role; experience in paint and product sales a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
