- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and collaboration
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer-facing role; experience in paint and product sales a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the store
