We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Growth Manager to join our team at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. This is an excellent chance for a seasoned business development professional to lead initiatives, drive growth, and contribute to the success of our Litigation practice.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies, working closely with lawyers, colleagues, and clients to achieve strategic objectives. You will leverage your expertise to identify opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional results.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development plans, focusing on market analysis, competitor research, and target audience identification.
  • Create high-quality marketing materials, including pitch documents, directory submissions, and thought leadership content.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, and other client engagement activities, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.
  • Support the onboarding and integration of lateral partners, facilitating a smooth transition into the firm.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, combined with a minimum of eight years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development. You must be a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, handling multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Remuneration

The estimated salary for this position is $180,000 - $250,000 per annum, reflecting your level of expertise and industry standards.
