The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support. Your primary focus will be on creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients, from the moment they arrive at our office to the time they leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional patient care and support, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Assist with billing and insurance-related tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Monitor patient feedback and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Contribute to team development through rounding, attending team huddles, and participating in problem-solving initiatives.
  • Master our technology suite, including Slack, G-suite, Zoom, and our Electronic Medical Record System, to interact with team members and patients.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, maintaining the look and feel of our office spaces, restocking supplies, and ensuring organization.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in high-touch customer or patient-facing roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on collaborative, diverse, and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams.
  • A proven track record of persisting through change, demonstrating a forward-thinking perspective when under pressure, and consistently stepping up to take action on challenges.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
