The Opportunity

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

As a Patient Experience Ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving any issues that may arise. You'll work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, and contribute to the development of our patient experience strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every patient interaction.
  • Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up appointments, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
  • Assist patients with billing and insurance-related inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Monitor patient feedback and concerns, escalating issues to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Contribute to the development of patient experience strategies, suggesting improvements and innovations to enhance our services.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery, and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.
