The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Experience Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our patients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

As a Patient Experience Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication, efficient workflows, and a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage patient flow, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and minimizing wait times.
  • Assist patients with billing and insurance-related inquiries, providing clear and concise information.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accurate and timely communication, and to address any patient concerns or issues.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, and fostering a culture of empathy and respect.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously.

Physical Demands
